This policy explains how "Mothalath" (a platform owned by Jibal Al-Ebtikar Information Technology Company) collects your data when you register your interest via this page ahead of the platform's official launch, why, how we protect it, and what rights you have over it, in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

Legal Framework

Jibal Al-Ebtikar Information Technology Company (owner of the "Mothalath" platform) complies with the Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 9/2/1443H, and its Implementing Regulations, issued by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

What Data We Collect

We adhere to the principle of data minimization; we only collect what is necessary for the specific purpose below, and do not collect any data beyond what you enter yourself in the registration form.

We do not collect any sensitive data (biometric, health, religious, or political). If our services require such data in the future, we will obtain your explicit, written consent in advance.

Purpose of Collection and Legal Basis

We use your data only to: contact you upon official launch, provide job seekers with suitable opportunities, provide employers with the hiring services they request, and send a confirmation email upon registration.

Legal Basis: Your explicit consent — the form cannot be submitted without checking the dedicated consent box, which states the purpose of using your data before submission. Your consent is free, specific, and informed, and is not tied to any other service. You may withdraw it at any time as easily as you gave it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal.

Do We Share Your Data With Others?

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes whatsoever. The only parties that technically "see" your data to run this form: Microsoft 365 (to send the confirmation email), and our hosting provider (to store form data within the Kingdom). They do not use your data for any purpose of their own.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

We retain your data on servers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as much as possible. However, limited data (emails via Microsoft 365) may be transferred to Microsoft data centers outside the Kingdom, under the contractual safeguards Microsoft provides its customers in this regard.

Visitor Analytics Tools (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors browse this specific page (such as scrolling and clicking behavior) to improve the user experience — not to identify you personally. Cookies may be used for this purpose, covered by your consent at registration and this disclosure. You can read Microsoft Clarity's privacy policy on their official website.

How We Protect Your Data

• The connection to the page is fully encrypted (HTTPS)
• Registration data is stored in a location that is not publicly accessible at all (any direct access attempt from outside the Mothalath team is denied)
• A daily backup of the data is kept outside the site's public folder
• The internal data dashboard is protected by Microsoft account sign-in, limited to a specific, authorized number of people within the Mothalath team

Data Retention Period

We retain your data for no more than 12 months from your registration date, or until official launch and we contact you, whichever comes first — then your data is deleted. You may also request deletion at any time before that — see "Your Rights" below.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a breach exposing your personal data to risk, we commit to notifying SDAIA within 72 hours of discovery, and notifying you directly if the breach poses a significant risk to your rights.

Your Rights

The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law grants you the following rights, which you may exercise at any time at no cost:

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority via sdaia.gov.sa.

Children's Data Protection

The Mothalath platform is intended for adults (18 years and older), and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age. If we discover otherwise, we delete the data immediately. If you are a parent/guardian and discover your child provided us their data, please contact us immediately at info@mothalath.com.sa.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy in the future. For any material change affecting your rights, we will send an email notice to all registered users at least 14 days before it takes effect. Minor changes are reflected only in the "last updated" date at the top of the page.
